Would a left-wing media actually be fair and balanced?

Just about every source of "news" has a slant and it always has. The thing to look for is if their rant is based on the facts. Any form of media that's "left-wing" or "right-wing" can't be "fair and balanced" because by definition it takes a side... but it can base its opinion on the agreed to facts.
