MMORPG Similar to Wow?

I Am looking for an online game that's as huge and refined as WOW is in the sense I can build my avatar how I wish. I have tried LOTRO and WAR but couldn't get into them... I like, Rp, PVE and PVP so i am open to most anything as long as it doesn't look like Anime or is a first person shooter.
