Wilt was. watch some old highlight. teams stayed swarming him. they foul alot harder n got away with more bull s*** back in those days n he hardly go techs or fouled out even. they wided the paint, stopped offensive goal tending (was legal then) stopped you from jumping at the line to shoot free throws (Wilt did that cuz he was so tall he could throw it in n hardly miss that way) and countless other rule changes when the man took the floor in the NBA. not too mention owning every damn scoring record and and field goal % in the history of the league. so hands down its Wilt Chamberlain. If Kareem ain't play so long he wouldn't had got Wilt's all-time scoring mark.
