Is cold an issue when try to stop a car?

This is your ABS brake system working. It stops your car from going into a skid on slippery surfaces. Basically it is pumping your brakes for you........sort of brake on, brake off, brake on, brake off. Why it did this on a dry surface I'm not sure. If it continues doing that on dry surfaces have your brake fluid reservoir checked for proper level by a tech.
