My seat exeo steering wheel/car vibrates when you apply power from 60-80mph Had wheels balanced, still there?

had the wheels balanced but the vibration is still there. One alloy has slight inner rim warping but is perfectly balanced. most noticeable when you give it some gas 60-80mph but some times happens when going from 80-60mph
