What is the statistics of dwarfism in Malaysia?

Am writing a piece on dwarfism. I need to know the percentage of Malaysian population who are dwarfs. Also statistics of dwarfism in the world. I have tried with OKU ociations as well as the Persatuan Orang Kerdil Malaysia but couldnt find the figure. Please gimme the link as well. Any first good answer will get 10 points.
