Is my poems a little too dark? Or "Goth/Emo"?

Okay, I am a young poet/artist/author. My mom hates my drawings and writings because she thinks they seem goth. I am not really as good at writing happy poems then I am writing dark poems. Like, my favorite poet is Edgar Allan Poe. And he is a dark writer, and my inspiration. I do not copy him, but he makes me think sometimes that it's okay to be different. Anyway, I have two poems of mine posted on the internet. And I've been writing since I was 12. It's only been two years, but those who read my poems said it really connects to them in certain way, and it's never the same. Sometimes it's heart breaks, sometimes it's suicidal thoughts, sometimes it's cutting (I'm trying to quit thank you very much), and things of that nature, and also abuse. One of my most recent poems is called Black Lipstick Trace. The other new one is called Love is Suicide. If possible, I was hoping someone can go to my website at, http://allpoetry.com/xGotxGothx and read the two poems I just mentioned. I am new to this site, therefore I do not have all my poems up. Please and thank you! (By the way! I am not goth, I just like the saying, like "Got Goth" or "Oh my goth!")
