What do I have according to symptoms: chest pain, cough, etc?

It all started with nasal drainage and that's still going on. I had a sore throat yesterday and this morning I felt very cold. Now my main concern is I have a cough and horrible chest pain concentrating near my heart area. The lungs are congested but I'm worried because it feels like heart pain.
