How do I Fully Learn how to?

Complain, Speak Up for myself, Stand up for Myself = Standing My Ground and to say what I want and want to do more with a sense of Integrity, Dignity and Cl - to just SPIT IT OUT and get right to the point? As I'm just as good as every1 else and fully count just like them as well!!! As more needs to be said on my part as I am a nice quiet guy with a quiet way abut him who just keeps himself to himself!!! I need to Fully Externalise my thoughts more and let people know about my discomfort with situations for sure!!! As I need to start saying stuff - and coming down on those who think they're better than me, the fake ones who have no depth in character!!! I'm better than I currently am - capable of so much more!!!
