PLEASE HELP! where can i go to find candidates for a job?

im doing this for my mom....but she and her husband, along with 9 other couples invested in a banquet facility that can house up to 400 guests for whatever the occasion may be......they had a few issues trying to find the "perfect" candidate, but after a few failed, they found a great one..... now after only 2 years, they're concerned that she is going to quit and leave them with no manager for all of the upcoming booked reservations(for personal/different reason is why shes leaving)......my mom was wondering where she could go online and search for people looking for jobs.....she has tried craigslist.com, and the only postings on there are for businesses looking for an applicant......i told her to go to moster.com, and they want to charge an arm and a leg......i know there are millions of people on here daily with amazing answers....and the right answers....so, please, please help......where can my mom go and search for applicants looking for a managerial position in a banquet/restaurant???? besides monster and craigs list.....thank you very very much ahead of time.....
