Frech drug dealer sentenced to death in China. Should foreign citizens be exempt from such punishment?

It's China, we can't tell them what to do. French drug dealers probably should not be dealing drugs in places like China. Everybody knows you have no rights in China and they can just make you disappear. It is crazy that they give so many crimes the death sentence, but what are we going to do? Start a war with China to save a drug dealer? No thanks. They will do what they want anyway.
