ECCENTRIC/ WEIRD: If referring to a person considered "eccentric" should they have a lot of money?

Not necessarily, just think of the "eccentric" people of the past. Like Mozart! He was certainly weird and could be called eccentric but he was also so poor that he lived carrying many debts and was even buried in an unmarked grave.
