Usmc Hazing in the fleet?

Ive heard a few stories about how boot marines get hazed by fellow marines who have been in for a few years once they get into the fleet. I was wondering if this was all bull crap or if it actually goes on and if it does...what happens to the boot? Nothing to dangerous im guessing?
