HELP!!!!!! "MS AntieSpyware"?

MS AntieSpyware is a virus itelf i know bu i visited a site by accident and it installed itself on to my comp and now something or someone is messen with my internet and keeps sayen that i have severe viruses in my comp and interuptsmy games that i play lke some people mite know is CombatArms i am Lightmen onthere add me if you want but back to subject, someone gave mea adress to microsft main site to download a tool devised for getting rid of that kinda stuff but i need soemthing that will get rid of MS Antie Spyware. HELP ME!!!!! PZ!!!!!!!!!
