Is it true or false,humans have no real freedoms bec as material things their actions are causally determined?

I would say false, although they do have a contributing effect to what and how you decide on something it does not decide for you. I know there are restrictions but lets say you got into a car accident and broke your leg, you did not choose to break your leg but you choose to get into that car and drive.
