Installing a wheelchair ramp?

I'm installing a wheelchair ramp at my front door. It's stainless with skid resistant material on top. What would be the best way to mount this ramp onto a stone threshold. Manufacturer requires that it be fastened down and it has holes already drilled into the top of the ramp. Is there a specific drill bit or adhesive that needs to be used?
