Hershey Park - Tips or Ideas?

I'm going to Hershey Park this weekend and I haven't been for like 6 years. So any tips or ideas on what to take and how to spend the day and stuff like that? I wanna take my phone but I don't want it to get stolen. Should I take money for like souveniers and stuff like that? We definitely wanna go on the rollercoasters and water rides, but besides that, if we have time, is there anything that's like a must see? Thanks!
