Girls I need answers. Do I come off as creepy, clingy, or stalker material?

Theres a girl I used to work with I had a huge crush on, finally she offered me her number. I called her twice, no reply. Ok I get the message shes not interested. Between now and then its been like a year. Ive seen her in clubs like probably 6 or 7 in which she gave me a hug one time, and we had a nice conversation one time, she didnt really acknowledge me any of the others. So one day my car gets towed away and I have to go into her work place to find where my car was, if maybe her store had it towed. I really was there for my car not her although i dont think she knows that. When I walked in she looked so creeped out, definately no smile. I acted unusual for myself like I talked to her like a stranger almost. I had no sleep the night before, i just had my car towed and she didnt look at me liike she wanted me there so I for some reason sounded like i was talking to a stranger. the next time I see her she blows me completely off. What should I do. I do at least want to be friends with her Im just not sure I give her the willies.
