Curious question about pet food companies using the same dog breed in every commercial (like Caesar 4 example)

Nah...I doubt it! Budwiser, Target and a few others have used a bull terrier! There probably isn't a copyright on a dog...however if packaging in color/font & photos were so similar that you had to look twice for differences, I am sure that someone would complain!
